A History of Innovation

In 1990, the nucleus of our company was formed in California with the mission of building a network of merchant products that would utilize emerging technology and make use of the unlimited opportunity of the Internet. With one year they developed one of the first wireless packet data credit card terminals and also developed a web-based merchant report system.

In 1992, the core business model changes and they used the capital resources raised from the sale of new technology to expand their business into merchant processing. With the continued successful development and implementation of innovative products and services, they quickly acquired new market share in the merchant processing sector.

In 1996, the business model was expanded even further to included international banking. Over the years, they continued to bring groundbreaking products, services and technology to the market. Additional technology acquisitions and strategic relationships were utilized to expand merchant services to European and Asian markets.

In 2002, a strategic alliance with a leading provider of merchant global processing was formed. This new alliance was quickly utilized to expand into new markets and now together they transact over 800 million per month in credit card processing. From this expansion, it did not take long for Superior Financial Service to gain a reputation as an expert in international banking and merchant processing.

In 2006, Superior Financial was formed to further develop and market new technological advances in the merchant processing section. Armed with state-of-the-art proprietary technology, Superior Financial formed a new division that would revolutionize the merchant processing industry. Together we have partnered with seven of the leading global banks in Germany, France, UK, United States, New Zealand, Spain and Australia.

These strategic alliances combined with our proprietary technology positions us on the forefront of the future of merchant processing.
