Titan Data VaultThe Titan Data Vault was designed specifically for merchants of any size to address concerns about handling customer payment information. The Customer Vault allows your merchants to tokenize and store their customer's payment information securely in our Level 1 PCI certified data facility. Once the customer record has been added to the Vault, the merchant can then initiate transactions remotely without having to access cardholder information directly. Merchants can add, edit, and delete records. FBI Tools Fraud PreventionThe Fraud Based Intelligence (FBI) Tool is a state of the art fraud prevention system. The system allows the merchant to take full control of the sale before fraud occurs. The sale can be evaluated by geo-location technology, card number, AVS/CVV scores, and a full set of custom rules created by you! FBI Tools will even look at a customer's purchase history allowing merchant to favor repeat customers and further scrutinize and limit new ones. Merchant Account OptimizerThe optimizer evaluates transactions and ensures that the lowest possible fees are applied to the transaction. This service even includes the Visa Account Updater, allowing merchants to secure updated card data (when available) for recurring payments. Risk Advisory SystemThe Superior Risk Advisory System allows merchants to monitor their merchant accounts real-time. With access to chargeback numbers, AVS/CVV success rates, refund ratios, and velocity checks, a merchant can quickly assess the health of a merchant account and react quickly to anomalies. Advanced ReportingAdvanced Reports feature a powerful pivot table reporting tool that allows merchants to review their transactions in about any fashion they wish. Payer Authentication also protects consumers by requiring a password during online purchases, helping ensure that no one else can use their credit cards online.
